Return / Cancellation Policy For purchases of a licence ('user licence including one year maintenance'), Ferrysoft offers a 90 day money back guarantee if you decide the product is not right for you within 90 days of purchase. For purchases of maintenance ('user annual maintenance agreement renewal'), Ferrysoft offers a pro-rata money back guarantee for any whole unused months remaining during the annual maintenance agreement period. For example, if there are nine whole unused months remaining then you can obtain a 75% refund. Delivery Policy The software for Ferrysoft Help Desk is only available via a download. It is not available for delivery on physical media. After downloading and installation, Ferrysoft Help Desk can be used in single user mode (Express Edition) without purchasing a licence. Other, multi-user editions of Ferrysoft Help Desk require the purchase of a licence ('user licence including one year maintenance'). Registration keys, specifying the number of licensed users, are sent via email, when the purchase transaction is complete. This entitles the purchaser to use the purchased version of Ferrysoft Help Desk and to receive support for one year. Support includes the right to log issues occurring with the software and the right to upgrade to later versions that are issued during the maintenance year. Subsequent annual maintenance agreements require the purchase of maintenance ('user annual maintenance agreement renewal'). If maintenance is renewed then the rights under the maintenance agreement are extended for a further year. If maintenance is not renewed then the rights under the maintenance agreement no longer apply but Ferrysoft Help Desk can continue to be used, but without any version upgrades.
