Warning message appears when the Delete button is used.
Symptoms
In some circumstances, a warning message appears when the Delete button is used. The format of the warning message is as follows:
A Runtime Error has occurred
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: nn
Error: Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of a type that does not accept the focus.
Cause
This is caused because, in some circumstances, when the Delete button is used, some fields are disabled until the confirm deletion prompt is responded to. While these fields are disabled, Ferrysoft Help Desk erroneously attempts to set the focus to one of the disabled fields.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Ferrysoft Help Desk 1.0.1.
