Symptoms
When Ferrysoft Help Desk is accessed via browsers other than Internet Explorer 6, the format of the page may be different from the intended format.
Cause
This is caused because the compatibility of the generated HTML does not conform strictly enough to web standards. This in turn can give rise to variations in page formatting when accessed in browsers that work differently to Internet Explorer 6.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Ferrysoft Help Desk 1.0.2.
